1. Definitions

1.1. "Company" refers to Buldiy Marketing.

1.2. "Affiliate" refers to any individual or entity participating in the Company's affiliate program, agreeing to promote and market the Company's marketing services.

1.3. "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that has been referred by an Affiliate and subsequently purchases the Company's services.

2. Enrollment

2.1. To become an Affiliate, individuals or entities must complete the affiliate application and be approved by the Company.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting the Company's marketing or ecommerce services using ethical and lawful means.

3.2. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

3.3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting the Company's services.

4. Commissions

4.1. Affiliates are eligible to earn a commission for each referred customer who makes a valid purchase through their unique affiliate link.

4.2. The commission structure and rates will be detailed in a separate commission agreement.

5. Payment

5.1. Commissions are paid out according to the payment schedule specified in the commission agreement.

5.2. Payment methods and thresholds will also be outlined in the commission agreement.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions for any sales that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Tracking and Reporting

6.1. The Company will provide Affiliates with tracking tools to monitor the performance of their referrals.

6.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referrals are properly tracked using the provided tools.

7. Termination

7.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or unethical marketing practices.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company's marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company's services.

8.2. Affiliates may not modify or alter any of the Company's marketing materials without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Affiliates may have access to confidential information about the Company's business. Affiliates agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

10. Amendments

10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing notice to Affiliates.

11. Required Affiliaton Deal Period

11.1. The affiliate must include the link public for at least 60 days. After the 60 days, the affiliate can remove the link if he/she wants to.
