12. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

In consideration of the access granted to the user by Buldiy Marketing, a marketing software company, to utilize its services and software products, the User agrees to be bound by the following Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provisions:

1. Confidential Information: User acknowledges that the Company's services and software may involve the disclosure of confidential and proprietary information. Such Confidential Information may include, but is not limited to, software algorithms, source code, marketing strategies, trade secrets, and other proprietary materials.

2. Obligations of User: User agrees to treat all Confidential Information received from the Company with the utmost confidentiality and to take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use. User shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by the Company.

3. Exceptions: The obligations set forth in this NDA shall not apply to information that is already known to the User at the time of disclosure, publicly available, or independently developed by the User without reference to the Confidential Information.

4. Duration of Confidentiality Obligations: The User's obligations under this NDA shall continue during the term of use of the Company's services and software and for a period of 1 year (12 months) thereafter.

5. Survival: Notwithstanding the termination of the user agreement or any other relationship between the User and the Company, the confidentiality obligations under this NDA shall survive.
