Are there any free plans?

No, we don't support free plans. We give 7 days free trial on all of our plans so our clients can freely test and see the software without any upfront charges.

Can i pay yearly and save money?

Yes, you can have 2 full months for free by subscribing to an yearly plan. You can see the yearly plans here.

Why are the plan prices based on USD?

With an overall of 39%-41.3% of our clients are based in the US. Also the USD is the most recognisable currency world wide. If you are not a US citizen, you can still pay in whatever currency you use.

Are there any additional charges/hidden fees?

The only charges that will be proceed is the monthly/yearly price of the plan you are on. Moreover, there could be additional charges only if you activated any of our integrations located inside the software (e.g. WordPress or WhatsApp)

Please note that sending a very big amount of emails or SMS daily can proceed on a charge to fill up your balance. (The charge amount depends on the plan you are using. From $5-$15 for Standard & Advanced plan users and up to $100 to Premium plan users) Learn more about balance here.

How can i work on the software on my phone?

Open a new tab on Google Chrome and activate the desktop view so you can see just like on your PC/laptop/tablet.

Why i can't search for B2B leads myself?

We use a plugin for generating B2B quality leads. But we are working on it to connect the plugin with the software!

How many website templates are there?

There are currently over +1000 website templates for any industry you are placed in.

Can my chatbot speak with people live?

Of course, but this have to be done in a workflow using ChatGPT-4. You can speak with the leads live through your chatbot but only if you are online when the lead manage to apply in your chatbot. Without a live conversation, your chatbot can still collect leads and send the messages of the lead to the software so you can see it.

How to see who opened my email etc?

Go to 'Contact' section > 'Bulk Actions' > Click 'Show Stats' on the action you want to see more about.

How do i get the B2B leads?

You have to contact with your personal partner about the city and industry of the leads and your personal partner will provide you the leads in your software within some minutes. You can freely choose from any city and industry. (The generating proccess takes around 4 minutes)

What is personal partner?

Personal partner is an expert marketer that will be in your services to help you with the software, build you websites/funnels/campgains etc. This feature is only available to users that are subscribed to Standard, Advanced or Premium plan.

How can i use the online bookings tool on Standard when the calendar is only available on Advanced plan?

Don't worry, you can still create and use a calendar in your website but you won't be able to see the bookings from your clients on the calendar. You can see the bookings by clicking on the lead/customer that proceed the appointment on the 'Contact' section.
